Find That Pause Presents a celebration of mothers with an evening of self care and nurturing.

Gather for a 1 hr long practice of relaxing mindful movement and soothing yoga Nidra practice led by Miranda Lee, mindfulness and yoga teacher, followed by delicious pastries by Keep It Sweet Deserts, tea and fellowship.  Each participant will take home a small gift sponsored by Ave Lumi.
